Description of Home 12 - Les Vignes:
Located in the heart of the old village of Châteauneuf du Pape, the gîte "home 12, les Vignes" can accommodate up to 4 people.
A baby bed and a baby chair are available free of charge (free for children under 2 years old).

From 100 euros per night depending on the season. Tourist tax: 1,13 euros/person/night.
For more than two persons, + 20 euros to the basic rate per person per night.
A deposit of 250 euros is pre-authorised on your card on arrival and cancelled on departure if no damage has been caused during your stay.
On the ground floor:
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, Nesspresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven...), air-conditioned living room, connected TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, cellar (ideal for storing wine and bikes!), and spare toilet.
First floor:
Two air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with connected TVs, 160x200 bedding, safe, dressing rooms + a shower room and WC.
Second floor:
Relaxation room - Boudoir + terrace with Tropézienne style furniture.
